The vehicle must be returned clean and free of excessive sand. A fee of $50 will be charged if the vehicle is not returned in a clean condition.
The renter agrees not to take the vehicle to Washington Park or Lac. A fee of $100 will be charged for each violation of this policy.
Wet clothing is not allowed in the vehicle. A fee of $100 will be charged if this policy is violated.

Traffic Violations**: If damage occurs because of a traffic violation (such as speeding, driving in prohibited areas, or off-road), any insurance coverage (including the P.D.W) will be voided. **Financial Responsibility**: The renter will be held fully responsible for all damages, towing, and associated costs without insurance assistance.
**Spare Tire Provided**: Each vehicle comes with a spare tire and the necessary tools to change a tire. **Renter's Responsibility**: If you experience a flat tire, you are responsible for either repairing or replacing it. This emphasizes the importance of handling tire issues independently.
**Cost for Additional Drivers**: There is an additional fee of **US$5.00 per day** for each extra driver. **Additional Driver Conditions**: Additional drivers must meet the same conditions as the primary renter, including being at least 25 years old and having a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
**Fuel Requirement**: The rental car must be returned with the same amount of correct fuel (Super/unleaded). **Charges for Incorrect Fuel Levels**: If the car is returned with less fuel, you will be charged the difference, and these rates may be higher than those at local gas stations.
**Consequences of Using Wrong Fuel**: If the wrong fuel (e.g., diesel instead of gasoline) is used, the renter will incur a charge of **US$350.00** for cleaning the fuel system and replacing the fuel. **No Refund on Fuel**: Additionally, there will be no refunds for any gasoline or diesel that was used prior to this incident.
**Locking Vehicle**: When leaving the vehicle, all doors, windows, and the trunk should be locked to prevent theft.
**Immediate Notification**: In the event of an accident, theft, or vandalism, you must notify the local police and relevant entities immediately using the specified phone numbers. **Documentation Required**: Police reports are required for insurance claims. Failing to notify the proper authorities can void insurance protection, meaning the renter would be responsible for all costs associated with the damage.
**Lost Keys Fee**: If the keys are lost, the renter will incur a charge of up to **US$550.00** to replace them. **Locked Keys in Vehicle**: If the keys are locked inside the vehicle, charges will apply for unlocking it.
**No Smoking Policy**: Smoking in the rental vehicle is prohibited. - **Cleaning Fee for Smoking**: If traces of smoke are detected, a cleaning fee of **US$250.00** or more will be charged.
**Prohibition in National Parks**: Driving in National Park Washington/Slagbaai is completely prohibited. **Exceptions for Pickup Trucks**: Only certain Shekhinah Rental pickup trucks are allowed inside this national park.
**No Passengers in Pickup Beds**: It is prohibited to carry passengers in the bed of pickup trucks. Violating this rule means that any insurance claims related to an accident in this situation will not be covered.
**Penalty for Excessive Contamination**: If excessive saltwater, sand, wet diving gear, or clothing is found in the vehicle, a penalty of **US$350.00** will be charged.
